Not all water pickup is equal — a shop vac and a truck-mount extraction unit produce very different outcomes on the same flooded room.
We classify every loss as Category 1, 2, or 3 before extraction begins, then document readings throughout the job.
Truck-mount extraction is standard equipment on every Sarah, MS call, not an upgrade.
Classification testing on every Sarah, MS call protects both your property and our technicians.
We use specialty injection systems designed to dry hardwood from underneath rather than defaulting to tear-out.
Our Sarah, MS extraction reports give your insurer verifiable data, not a vague summary.
Getting water out is only useful if it's done with the right classification and the right tools — here's our Sarah process.
High-volume truck-mount units handle standing water across large areas fast.
Classification testing happens on-site before any extraction equipment starts running.
Weighted extraction tools pull water trapped deep in carpet fiber that a surface pass would miss.
This specialty method can save original hardwood that would otherwise require full tear-out.
Subfloor moisture often hides beneath flooring that looks dry on the surface.
You receive documented proof of extraction completion for your own records or an insurance claim.
We ask enough questions to send the right-sized extraction unit on the first trip.
Equipment is pre-loaded based on dispatch notes, so there's no delay on arrival.
You'll know the classification and cost before work starts.
Extraction continues until documented moisture readings confirm the job is complete.
"They saved our hardwood floor with an injection drying method instead of ripping it all out. Saved us thousands." — Owen R.
"The moisture readings they gave us before and after made the whole process feel legitimate, not just a guess." — Bianca V.
"Truck-mount extraction cleared our flooded basement way faster than the shop vac approach a different company tried first." — Malik J.
A basic pump-out skips classification testing and moisture documentation that Water Extraction includes.
If caught early enough, hardwood can frequently be saved with specialty extraction rather than replacement.
We test every Sarah, MS job to determine which category applies before extraction.
Verification reports are standard, not an optional add-on.
As soon as possible — every hour standing water sits increases how deep it penetrates flooring and subfloor.
Yes, every extraction job closes with a documented report showing classification results and moisture readings.
